Camera pouch?

Hi, as an alternative to a purpose-built camera bag or rucksack I thought I’d buy a pouch that protects the camera and I can just throw it in my normal handbag... have been looking for some kind of neoprene pouch or dry bag but haven’t really seen one that looks or feels right.

Any suggestions? Or is what I’m thinking a bad idea and I should invest in a camera bag?

Or a full leather type case that protects and lets you carry with confidence in another bag. Not going to be great if you carry about a monkey wrench in your bag (i’ve seen the inside of some handbags) but should be good on a day to day basis

I haven't used one of these myself but been looking at one of these for when I want to just have the camera in my normal backpack and not my camera bag
