Not sure if I'm posting in the right section but here go's
My 500d's shutter button started playing up , sometimes the camera would take a photo most times it wouldn't so I took it to my local camera repair shop about a month ago, handed it in , 5 mins later I was told the problem was the Trigger switch and would cost £90 to repair, I said I would think about it.
Anyway now the camera seems to be working fine, could it have just been dust ?
