I currently have a lowepro sligshot 200AW which is a nice bag but i now fancy a shoulder bag as im going to be adding more gear soon.

Current gear includeds
500D with battery grip
70-200mm F4 L IS
18-55mm kit lens
50mm F1.8
430exii flash
Odd and sods including charger, spare batterys, lens pen, cloths etc

Adding more gear in the future.
5D mkiii
24-105mm F4
Tamron 17-50 F2.8


What do you reccomend to enable all that to fit in with maybe an extra lens.
 
I had a Tamrac Ultra Pro 13 which is quite a large bag. I got 2 bodies, half a dozen lenses and a couple of flashguns, plus all the odds and sods as well. It's got room for a laptop as well and can be piggy backed onto a small trolley for when wheeling is easier than carrying. It's very well made, very strong and has a very comfortable shoulder strap pad and it also comes with a removeable water proof cover. I've since sold mine and got an even bigger Tamrac bag as I eventually ran out of room after I added a Sigma 150-500 OS to my kit, but it should carry all your listed gear no problem.
