Don't know if this has been uncovered before but it's from a Swedish website showing the three main areas of exposure on one photograph with sliders for f/, shutter speed, ISO - http://www.kamerasimulator.se/index_eng.php

The camera simulator has 7 different apertures, 12 different shutter speeds, and 5 different ISO values. Only a dog would be stupid enough to sit around for 7x12x5=420 different photos.
