I like to remove and replace a camera strap as needed. Has anybody got any suggestions as to the best way to do this. I use a black rapid for general use but indoors and partys etc... I like to use a proper strap but like to remove and replace it at times, quickly. So where is the place to get a decent quick release strap clip?

I went for the DIY approach. On my camera (Canon 500D) i've sewn a small webbing loop around each of the strap points. Only very small, the loop is about 5mm wide and sticks out about 15mm from the camera. It's hand sewn and glued into a permanent webbing loop, so will never come away without cutting it off. I then have a small carabiner on each end of my neck strap (i got very small carabiners from alpkit.com, you can get 5 for a couple of £), but most of the time use a small hand strap which i just attach by poking it through the webbing loop and looping it around itself.

Would probably make morre sense if i had a picture, but haven't worked out how to upload them to here yet (using the new iPad app). Need to investigate!

I use both a quick-release Op/Tech and Black Rapid. The Op/Tech's dangly bits are a bit annoying sometimes but it's very fast and secure.
