camlink tppro24a tripod

I've just ordered a Redsnapper. But I went for the ball head version. Well worth taking a look at them.

I was wondering that myself when I looked at the site earlier!!

Might be worth sending them an email, but I can't see it being much more than a fiver.....:shrug:
 
£7.95 Comes via courier :) Pretty sure it'll be next day. I ordered mine Friday morning. It's due to come Monday.
 
right i just had a look on the website and the redsnapper tripod in the link above is £73.90 posted. post is £14.95 standard.

that takes it way over my budget so its back t the drawing board

Postage for me was only £7.95. Give Joe a ring Monday and find out. Sure he'll be able to sort you out. Plus you can get 10% off by mentioning that you're on here and using RED10. All though. Don't think it will work with "special offers" so best check that.

yes ill give them a ring on monday morning as i just tied again and it comes up as £14.95 standard shipping with no other alternatives

Make sure you tell them you're a member of TP......they used to offer us a discount, no idea if they still do?! :shrug:
 
Very odd. Shipping standard on mine was £7.95. They still offer discounts as I used RED10 online when I ordered mine. Got 10% off.

Last I heard they didn't offer the TP discount on the special offers.....but it's been a while since I looked it up but it might still be worth mentioning, even if the offer has stopped, as it might get you the cheaper postage!!
 
right you guys where correct i just tried the checkout angain and i hadnt filled in one of the boxes its now come up at £66.90 shipped

Mine arrived this afternoon. Really pleased with how it's built. I went for the 284 and it's tall! So if you've got the 283, that's taller!
 
i went for the 284 aswell i just checked my phone and have recieved a text message saying it will be delivered tommorow :clap::clap:

well what can i say about red snappers delivery times apart from fantastic:thumbs:
i had a text again this morning telling me the parcel would be delivered between 2.36 pm and 3.36pm it arrived at 2.42pm excelent service

im also very happy with my tripod it looks to be well built and will suit my needs perfectley

well ive had it up this evening and it feels pretty stable and well built. im hoping the weather is better on the weekend so i can try it out.

my father rang me an hour ago saying he has a velbon stratos 480 tripod that i could have of him it must be a few years old now are they any good.
