Your permissions had been set to default, have you changed your email address recently, as this is
the main reason this happens.

Also I see you have only just started posting again, after a 3 year break.
The forum software sometimes identifies you as a newbie, after a couple of years break, but does catch up eventually.

However, I've reset your permissions manually, you should now have access, very shortly.
