Can a keyboard be customised?

I have two laptops, A company one and mine.....While I can touch type with one, Slight differences is key arrangements (CTRL Fn Cursor keys for example) mean that I get bogged down with the other. Can I Modify the keyboard latout of one laptop to match the layout of the other????

Yes, you should be able to...google for keyboard remapping and a fair amount of info comes up

That's how I got a print screen key on to work on an apple keyboard using on a PC.
