Can anyone help me??

I recently had to send my laptop off to be fixed and its now back but unfortunately the disk drive no longer works! i had DPP and elements 3 but now since the reinstall have lost both.

I intend to get the drive fixed but for now i want to use dpp. I went to the canon site but only the updater is present so i cant actually install dpp anyone know what i can do about this bar get a new drive??
