Can anyone offer any advice please

Hi I'm new on here and would like some help please, I am a Nikon shooter and currently use 2x D300's I previously used D200's and D2x's and find that although the ISO is better on the D300's I do not get consistently sharp images. i have adjusted my lenses on the D300's but I'm still not convinced.

those of you that use D300's do you find that there sharp ??

I find no issues with mine day to day. Only the odd user error.
 
I never go above 800 iso and ideally keep to 400 or 640 (if i cant use 200). At 800 and a bit of cropping I can notice a difference.

Probably a lens issue or subject movement? Need to see shots with exif data.
