I have been really suffering with a bad back / shoulder and struggling with my normal camera bag. The kit a new bag would have to cover is a G1 with 14-45mm attached, 45-200mm lens and a Canon 50mm plus adaptor. I also like to carry my raynox 250 and purse. I may be changing my kit next year so it would have to be able to carry a DSLR (pos Canon 60d or similiar) and lens - but not lots of them!! Have looked at the Lowepro Flipside 300 (especially as it is on a deal at Amazon) but just wondered whether there is any other one I should be seriously considering. I don't have a great budget - up to £50ish. Thanks, Sarah

Not a great fit for the female form I wouldn't have thought and a rucksack type might be better especially if you already have a bad shoulder. My daughter has the smaller slingshot and the strap cuts across her front in a less than convenient place, has adjusted it best she can, but not ideal
Have a look for one with a decent waist strap to lessen the load on your back, chest straps are also positioned stupidly low for women. My wife has a woman specific everyday rucksack that has the chest strap higher and other slight modifications too, wonder if there is such a thing amongst the camera bag manufacturers

My vanguard BIIN50's chest strap is actually almost-annoyingly high, sits quite far above my boobs, almost high enough that it feels like it's digging into the clavicles.
Unfortunately, it's not quite big enough for a 'carry everything' backpack for me, It has enough room for a moderate jaunt, but not enough room for my mini tripod, 2nd flash, or bellows if I want to try and photo close-up too.
It's easy enough to get strapping and sew it to make a custom chest strap though.
