Can I drag and drop from PC to iPhone?

When I plug my iPhone via USB, I get to see the iPhone folders etc on my PC's "My Computer". When I try to drag and drop pictures from PC to iPhone picture folder it does not let me. I am wondering why I cannot drag and drop?

I don't think Apple allow it. If you want to get pictures onto the iPhone the best way is to go through iTunes.

On Windows the iPhone reports itself as a camera, so you can get pictures out of it.
