Hi all,
Since my 40D and lenses departed, I have been happily using my Canon G12 and I was hoping to take it on holiday with me to Thailand in a couple of weeks.
It's going to be partly a "lads" holiday and partly the more normal sensible stuff, so I was originally considering buying a cheap compact, but the IQ from pictures is nowhere near as good as those from the G12, so I was thinking it would be worth taking it.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to firstly whether it is a good idea to take it, and if so should I just buy a really strong wrist strap and plain unmarked small bag to keep it in?
Thanks,
TC
