Yep.
I used a sensor klear a few times.
Only trouble I found is that after a few times, it actually made the sensor dirtier.

Probably me not doing something right :bonk:

A rocket blower, and wet cleaning is about the most effective way, at a cost of course.........

Do some searching, there's MILLIONS of sensor cleaning threads on here.........

Thanks Andy.

No worries.
Also, have a look at the Dust Aid kits.
I haven't tried one, yet. But as soon as I have a few quid I'm going to get one.

Lost of positive reports on it........

i use a rocket blower first and for the stubborn bits use the sensorklear with good results - i only clean my sensor probably 2-3 times a year

30 quid for a sensorklear pen?! Try other retailers, possibly in the CI (once they've sorted their card fraud problem...).

I use these when a rocket blower fails to shift the crud but I treat them as a once only solution - after their one sensor session, they get relegated to screens or viewfinders and maybe filters.

or ask janice:lol: she is really good at sensor cleaning:coat:

Thanks for the replies. The kit was bought for me as a gift and has a rocket blower with it.

It's not that I really need to clean my sensor but it's nice to know it will work if required. Might use it for cleaning my filters though as they are getting really scummy as of late.
