Can someone please advise on tripod head?

Hello gang,
Here is my problem..
I have a Manfrotto 055CL tripod, with a Manfrotto 390RC2 head.
The problem I am having is when I try to mount my D7000 with MBD-11 grip and 80-200 f2.8 lens.
I attach the quick release plate to the tripod mount on the lens, but when I try and put the QR plate back onto the head, the front edge of the camera grip catches on the tilt lock on the head.
Here is a pic showing what the grip catches on.

Any-one suggest a head which will work for me with this camera/grip/lens combo please?

Can't see the image but I have three manfrottos and my favourite head is the joystick head.
 
On your plate is there an arrow showing direction of lens, if so try it on both and see if that makes a difference, not got the same head but had similar problem
 
First of all, thanks to Darren for fixing the image.
Is there a quick guide on uploading images (I havent looked for one yet though)
@RKC- yes, there is an arrow, but that is not the issue, in other words, it makes no difference which way round it is, I have tried, but thanks for the suggestion.
The problem is that the lower front edge of the grip protrudes by quite a way, and this is what is catching.
I could turn the head around, and use it backwards, which would only be a temporary cure.

This is the other head I use. I've had no issues with it : http://www.digitaldepot.co.uk/manfrotto-804rc2-tripod-head.html


I use a D300/700 with the 80-200 f2.8 using either.

Thanks for the links.
I have seen the joystick type heads, but wasn't confident they could support the weight of the camera with grip and a heavy piece of glass like the 80-200.
Think I will check it out at my local camera shop.
 
If you click above the image in flickr there is a button called SHARE this gives you the text which you just place in image tags so

I did click on the share button, but was unsure which text to use (HTML or BB Code etc)
Am I right in thinking that I click on the yellow icon at the top of the compose message box? (The one which looks like a mountain range)
So I click on this, and copy the text into the box?

I don't use flickr I just clicked on what looked right. The full code is what you need.
