Cannock Redstarts

Still got a pile of pics to sort from before Skomer! These were eventually found after firstly getting lost on the Chase for about 2 hours and walking 2 miles the wrong way, and then locating the right spot from the year before, only to realise nothing was there.

The female never really came out of the shadows that day, so that pic was the only vaguely decent shot I got.

Canon 50D, 500mm F4 + 1.4TC tripod-mounted, whilst crouched trying to hide in amongst the ferns.
