Help! Cannot access text formatting.

Sometimes I like/need to format some of the text on my postings ie Underline or Bold etc, but for some reason this has all been greyed out. Any idea how I can correct this giving me access to the formatting again.

What operating system and web browser are you using?

Have the [ ] brackets been selected in the 3 dot menu? (Top right of post window)

Deselect if you have, and this should allow the editing options again.

Many thanks each, I did manage to work it out for myself. The problem was as @Gav. suggested, I must have clicked on them at some point accidentally.
