Canon 135 f2L & extender

Looks like I'm finally about to pull the trigger on this lens. Out of interest has anyone had any experience of using it with an extender?

Always lusted for this lens and can't believe I've not bought it cos I love primes.

I've not used an extender with mine, but it is indeed a cracking lens. Lovely bokeh, contrast and sharpness.

I've used it with an extender (1.4x II) - very very good. Acceptable @ f/2.8, fab @ f/4.

This is the only example I have to hand - all shots with the combo.

Yep, I use mine with a 1.4exii quite often, this was the last shot I took with that combination
