Canon 1D III to 5D III

I'm thinking of selling my 1DIII, rarely gets used now, and buyng a 5DIII. Has anyone made this move?

I went from a 1D2 to a 5D3 if that helps?

AF is at least as good, ISO noise handling is just amazing.

Depending on what you do you might want a grip for using it in portrait, I'm happy to have less weight to lug about.
