Canon 1d Mark II Problem

Just wondering if anyone can help me, was using my Mark II with 70-200 at a match last night, working fine although recently I've had some Error 99s. Anyway took a series of shots, went back to my other body and 300mm then when I used the Mark II again it won't focus at all. Checked the lens on another body and tried different lenses on the Mark II and it is definitely the body. When I take a shot it feels like the shutter is loose. Any one had similar problems?

Got the 1DsII Kieran and not had anything like that happen. Sounds like it's a service job if it does not sound right and is malfuntioning. I'd get it to Canon a bit quick before you potentially do any more damage by trying to use it.

Nothing similar for me mate, give Lehmans in Stoke a ring...they're quick to turnaround, and if you got it to them sharpish, you'd probably have it back in time for the 6N.

If not, and provided I get the mkIII in time, I might be able to lend you a mkII for a game or two (for a nominal fee )
