Canon 1D MkIII Firmware 1.3.0

I have recently bought a Canon 1D mkIII which doesn't have the latest Firmware version so I went on to the Canon website and tried to download version 1.3.0 and at first it looks like it i downloading, it gets to 99% then says the file can't be downloaded.

Does anyone have any ideas why this would happen or know if there is any other way I can get a copy of the latest firmware?
