Went out to shoot a christening last weekend where I had my 5d mkiii and 7d with me but I realise the IQ and focusing speed differences between the 5d mkiii and 7d were quite apparent.
I guess I am used to fullframe goodness.
Would it make sense to look at a well cherished Canon 1ds mkii as a second fullframe body to be used for outdoor portrait shootings ? i,e a backup to the 5d mkiii.
Weight isnt an issue but finances and I know a well cherised 1 ds mkii can be had for a reasonable price unlike a 5d mkiii.
