Canon 24-105 f/4 lens creap

i know this seems to be a common problem but is there anything I can do to stop or reduce lens creap

Is this when carrying around? Only time I see it is with the camera slung over my shoulder and pointing down, then it slowly creeps out to the longest. I just wind it to the longest or accept it's thee.

Sorted, went into my garage and used a o ring. It was only 2" dia so a nice tight fit and sits on the camera end of the zoom ring so does not need to be moved
