Canon 28-135 is lens

I owned this lens and was dissapointed, it suffered chromatic aboration and barrel distortion, the build quality was quite poor too with the zoom part feeling loose and wobbly. It is a kit lens with the 40D in the USA. I did not like it and sold it, I replaced this lens with a 24-105mm L IS. The difference was astounding. There is a price difference though, which goes to show you get what you pay for.
 
I've got one and am very pleased with it, definately worth buying if it fits in the focal range your looking at. I've had some very good shots (IMO :D) with it and my copy is pin sharp :thumbs:

Would agree with above, not an L lens, but mines very good
