canon 400m front lens cover

Does it need to be like that kipax.? Have a look at lenscoat neoprene ones, and WEX stock them. I use both xxxl and xxl. Maybe it's an option.

I have these on 300/600 lenses ,theres no need to worry I placed my order ,great emails from them and on my door step in a week , you can have them with or without the handle ( if you stand them up) very good company .

When i shot Canon i used the top of a circular margaring tub, at the time none of the marg tub lids available in this country fitted but i got one from Ebay USA for a few quid and it was a perfect fit

This might give you the idea, there are many more circular plastic tubs on the market nowadays so a trip to your local tesco, asda or whatever might be a good idea

My 600/4 and 300/2.8 are adorned with Tupperware. Just a couple of round tubs with the sides cut down to about 3cm and they're a decent fit and stay put.

I looked for something similar for my 500. Made my own in the end. Bit of high density foam glued to a piece of MDF. Works a treat, cost nothing and can stand the camera/lens on it without worry.
