canon 40d quick question

Playing around with brackering tonight, but when my camera is in Av or Tv mode the exposure adjustment is set at -2/3's and I can't get it to sit on exposure adjustment 0! If I switch to full manual the exposure adjustment starts off at 0.

Anyone know why?
 
Which wheel are you turning to try and set it?
Use the quick set control on the back (the big one)
 
IIRC do what Barry says but press shutter half way.
 
You might need to move the on/off switch to the very top position for the rear dial to adjust this - can't remember 100%, but if you have it on the ON position and it doesn't do it, move it up again (to the line) and I think it will then do it

+1 and then use the big wheel on the back, on switch needs to be as high as it will go
