canon 50d ISO lower than 200

Hello,
For some reason I can't go lower than ISO 200 on my 50d. I've tried everything, including "Clear Camera Setting" but still no joy ?! If I try to go lower than that, comes up to A.
Any ideas, please?

Silly me!
If you turn on Highlight Tone Priority mode, it limits you to ISO200 on the low end. Without Extended ISO enabled, the default caps at ISO3200 on the high end.

I did that before was soooooo confused .... Took me 20 mins of changing every setting one by one to find it out :s
