Canon 580EX MK1 Battery Packs

Hey all!

I have an outdoor vehicle shoot to do in May and it will be fast paced and I wont have time to be switching batteries in my Speedlite during. I would also like the faster cycle times that they offer.

There does not seem to be too much info on them so I was wondering if anyone has got/used one? I am looking at the CP-E3 and CP-E4 (the latter I am not sure works with the 580ex mk1?).

Cheers for the Link. Just been checking the Canon Accessories brochure and apparently the E4 will work with any that have the correct port. Incidently they call it the CD-E4 - think it may have been a typo!
