i have the opportunity to buy either one of the above (1DS £100 cheaper) with a view to pursue a hobby of photo journalism. Covering demonstrations etc. I like the feel of the 1DS but know nothing about the 5D. They seem similar spec wise so was wondering which you would choose? Obviously the 5D is newer but does that make it better?
