ive been using the back fcus button for a while now, but wondered about the best option in regard to AE lock or metering setup for the shutter button.
in the canon Function settings there are a choice under FN IV for 10 different configs.
previously i had it on number 1 where the af on button is meter and af start, the * is AE lock and shutter button is metering start.
but now i wonder if number 3 might be better option.
which is af button is meter and AF start, * is AE lock. but the key difference is shutter button is also AE lock.
so which is better.. to have constantly metered AE or lock the AE with the shutter button?
so function IV 1 or IV 3?
