Canon 60D firmware update?

I have firmware version 1.0.8 on my 60D. Is it advisable (or not) to update to the latest version?

Its always advisable to update to latest firmware. What concerns do you have that stops you updating?

look at the fixes that it gives, if they don't apply to your circumstances then you can pass on the update. I always have a look at the read me file first before updating anything. If it ain't broke ......... don't fix it.

sometimes firmware updates introduce new problems as well as fix others
 
Thanks for all your responses. My concern has been that unforeseen problems may arise. I'll check on what the specific fixes are before updating.
 
I have version 1.1.1 on mine, which seems to be the latest version. I've not had any problems but that's the version it shipped with.
