ok a few weeks ago i posted a image of a grey wagtail on a stick one comment was that it looked like it had front focused.
so today i tried a little front/rear focus test like the one below.

here is a image of the test i shot 12 images and they are all pretty much the same
canon 50mm f/1.8 2000 iso f/1.8 1/125 shot at minimal focus distance
does this shot look ok

i have however noticed that lots of my images when viewed large seem slightley off especially with my sigma 150-500 im guessing i need to work on my
technique and keep the lens still a it better.
