Not. Unless they're faulty, or need the sensor cleaning.
 
Ever heard of the saying 'if it aint broke don't fix it'. I've got 3 bodies and 11 lenses at the moment and have had 4 other bodies and about half a dozen other lenses and not one of them have had to be serviced.
 
Yep my 20D and 40D have never been serviced although sensors have been cleaned from time. Older cameras withmore mechanical parts might benefit from a regular service, but theres nowt worth doing on a DSLR unless something breaks
