When I focus some times the focus point box flash red and camera beeps

them other times camera just beeps and the focus box stays black.

How come this happens what dose it mean

Think you should Edit the Question as it's nearly Incomprehensible, and not the Queens English.

Are you in AI Focus mode? This selects One Shot or AI Servo depending on whether the camera thinks the object is moving or not. When in one shot, you get focus confirmation, when in AI servo, you don't. All in the manual ;)
 
In the menu go to C.Fn III: Autofocus/Drive > #8: VF Display Illumination > set to enable.
 
Ok no I use 1 shot as shooting still items

And I think I have that setting set to auto so that's prob why it dost flash red every time ill double check tonight
