Hi,

Would I notice a great difference between the Canon 70-200 F2.8L IS MKi over the MKii, has anyone used both and if so would they say the upgrade was worth it.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, Yes and Yes

Thanks Guys, been using the MKi for awhile now, and been loving it, so was wandering if the MKii ad,old be better :) Guessing there may be one on the shopping list now :)

Aside from everyone saying the mk2 is a great lens - and there's no doubt it is - the mk1 is also a great lens. I'm very happy with mine. I'm sure if I had a mk2 I'd have a different opinion - but for now I'm very happy with the mk1 that's quite a bit cheaper than a mk2 :)

IS improvement alone makes it worth the upgrade!

Thanks all will be seriously thinking about getting the mkii :)

:) been using the MK1 for a while now, and it has been my go to lens, so as had to replace was undecided on a used MK1 or a New MK ii but he 2 won in the end :)

Now you'll wish you had got the 100-400 mk2.....:exit:

Oh I bet you won't..........it's an even better upgrade than the 70-200!!!!........

Nope, sticking with MKi as don't get used as much as the 70-200 :)
