Canon 70-200f4L

Brother is looking into getting one of these but he's been having trouble getting one localy in Sheffield & all the shops he's been going too [local camera shops] have been saying its being discontinued so they will not stock it anymore.

Anyone shed some light on this ??

Not heard that they have been discontinued.

Contact Kerso, he sells them and probably a lot cheaper that your local camera shop would

I think the 70-200 2.8 IS has been discontinued (or at least VERY hard to get hold of) - hadn't heard about the F4, but who knows.

EDIT - actually reading up on where I saw that before it seems it isn't.
