Canon 70-300L?

Yeh I saw that review + but the price seems a bit high don't you think?

I love mine it is on my camera most of the time.
It is super fast to focus, the IS is amazing it is shorter than the 70-200L f4's and lighter than the f2.8 newer than the 100-400L and cheaper than the 28-300L but will give all a run for their money in IQ stakes. I looked at and tried pretty much all these lenses before I ordered mine and the 70-300L came out tops easy.
I have had no issues with the variable aperture and it handles dark or gloom easy as the IS is so good.
I was amazed that review only had good things to say yet only marked 9/10 for everything.
As for expensive I paid just over £1100 for mine and in my opinion it is worth every penny. I would have loved it if it was cheaper but by comparison with everything else it was a good deal.
