Canon 70d with strange circles

I have noticed on my images that i have 3 circles that appear on the exact same place on all my images no matter which lens i use. I have gone back through my images and it has been there since new by the look of things. Any ideas?

An email has been sent to Canon support to see what they say.

Unusual, but looks like dried-on marks on the sensor. Was that shot at a high f/number? Try a lower f/number and they'll probably go away. If troublesome, a wet clean should fix it - easy DIY job.

this was shot at f.6 but seems to be on every image

That is unusual, most likely a sensor manufacturing issue, looks like water residue.

Going to check mine now
