My cannon 7d had a bent cf pin, So i opened up the camera took out the cf unit and tried to straighten the pin but it snapped
before the camera was coming up with a error ( cant remember what error code ) .
now i have reassembled the camera it wont turn on at all no blinding led light, screen completely blank ( bricked )
Could the problem still be the just the cf card unit just needs replacing ? i was unsure if this part could stop all power to the camera.
if not i guess it could be a new main pcb
or a second hand body
