Canon 7D MK I vs Canon 7D MK II - is it worth it for the new focusing system?

I have a Canon 7D MK I and was wondering if all this hoo haa about the 7D MK II focusing system is worth the upgrading to. Next year I plan on getting a 2nd body and don't know whether to get the MK I or the MK II. At the moment I don't shoot sports or wildlife but might be plan on starting to shoot possibly fast moving people. As for noise performance I am happy with the MK I and the only thing that might peek my interest in getting the MK II is the auto focusing system. Like I said I am not shooting fast moving people/objects/animals at the moment but might start venturing into that area in the not to distant future.

Not heard many people complaining about the Mk1 focusing but the MkII has moved the game on a bit. Essentially the same as the 5D3/1DX with slight variations. If it works as well as the 5D3, and no reason why it shouldnt, then it will be excellent.

Guess it comes down to whether you think that the MKII is worth the extra money for the performance improvement.

I have upgraded from a 7D to a 7D2 and have found it as big a leap as when I moved from my 50D to the 7D. The AF is a big step up and much more reliable, there is a noticeable difference in image quality, the 10fps is superb... A big thing for me is that I have found the point focus to be considerably faster than the 7D, so I can now happily use it for moving birds and animals to ensure focus us on the eye, or to find birds through leaves.

For me, the 7D2 was definitely worth the upgrade, but I take mainly wildlife and fast moving dogs.
