I have been looking at buying a new 7d and have seen the links to bignorman .co they have them on sale at 889 quid as any body had any dealings with them as they are 200 quid cheaper than most other places thanks
 
A search has thrown up some negative reviews.
They are from Gibraltar, so not sure about warranty.

Have you PM'd Kerso for a price ?

Did you get a UK warranty with you camera or store warranty? Just did a search on HDEW and they sell grey imports, which is fine, no problems if you want your camera sent back to where every they imported from if you have a problem. Personally I would be happier with a UK warranty.
 
Hdew are generally US models. My 7d from them was, and I've heard from numerous sources that Canon will honour warranty no matter where the specific camera was from, provided it has a UK receipt showing vat has been paid
 
i bought my canon 24-105 l lens from hdew cameras and it was fine. they do have a .com site but use the .co.uk site and its the newer one and prices are different
 
I bought my 5D2 and 24-105 f4 L from Hdew and they are fantastic. They have a 3 year in store warranty and they use an approved Canon service centre for any warranty claims. Fast delivery, good communications (keep you up to date with dispatch and tracking) and nothing else to pay. When I bought my kit it was £230 cheaper than I could find anywhere else.
