Quite a few on line are saying that, on the same settings, the canon C100 Mk1 image is somewhat warmer and more "filmic" than the Mk 2 -- the latter having a sharper and more video-like look. And looking at the comparisons I find myself agreeing -- for example, in terms of skin tone, where the Mk1 gives a softer and more yellow/orangey tone to the skin -- and I prefer that more filmic look. Just wondering if anyone has used both of these cameras and can tell me if its likely that the Mk2's image could be easily tweaked in post to get an identical filmic look -- or might there be something a bit more fundamental going on that will prevent this?
