hi am looking to bye a extender 1.4 but canon have brought out a mrk 3 but its a lot more money is it worth it or is the mark 2 just as good thanks dave

Is it worth it? Probably not, unless you have a 300mm or 400mm f/2.8 L IS Mk II, or a 500mm or 600mm f/4 L IS Mk II.

Is the Mk II just as good? No.
