Your title is for the markII version but the link is for STM version.
While that is good for a UK price, anyone who is not bothered where is sourced from can pick up a much better deal via ebay.
I recently bought the STM version via a UK seller, brand new for £120.

That is a good price, Darran. The best UK price I could find on eBay including delivery was £124.44.

I was just lucky, I was watching a few used ones and a couple of new ones that although they said stated were in the UK, based on the delivery timescale it made me think that they were in somewhere like Hong Kong.
The seller I bought from popped up on morning in a search and had 5 for sale and they all went quickly.
Even so, 124.44 is still a very good price for this lens.
