Would like to no what people think of this camra and is it worth £315 for me to buy
 
I get the feeling this was meant to read £135 rather than £315 and there's nobody who could honestly expect to get that sort of money for a 350D nowadays.
 
Thanks for this great advice Iam new to camera game and don't no much as it's something I'm just getting into the price was £315 not £135 it looks a nice camera but Ian glad I joined this forum now so I no to stere clear of that bob what's this one you got for sale for £200 is it user friendly as like I said iam new
 
You've not said what it comes with. If it came with the 18-55, 55-250, flashgun, spare batteries, memory card, decent tripod etc then I'd say it'd be well worth £315 of anyone's money.
If it's just the body and 18-55 then not a hope in hell. ;)
 
i loved mine
spent 6 months in a desert and its still working
seems alot if its body only
i agree with the rest if it comes with loads then its a good deal
 
The 350D is a decent little camera to learn on, though not at £315. :eek:
I bought one recently, bought a better lens and few bits and pieces for it, learned the basics, took some half-decent shots which were only half-decent due to my skill level and have now upgraded to a 40D bought from another TP forums member so the original 350D kit I bought plus the other bits and bobs is now boxed up and ready to be passed on to someone else who'll hopefully enjoy using it as much as I have.
For older bodies they're still well worth considering, they almost seem to have a cult following so Canon obviously did something right. :thumbs:

So we have library picture, minimal details, member for 4 days, zero feedback as a seller and inflated price. Wonder if it will sell? :clap:

Ive just moved to a 7dfrom a 350, gave the 350 to my dad as I didn't think It'd go for much with a 28-80 and 70-300 basic lenses...... lost out on £100+ there....damn but agree with the rest I didnt warrant selling my 3yr+ old camera for anything incase it broke after fairly heavy use.

but it would be a decent first camera
 
sorry, As Ive just written, it is now in my fathers hands there looks to be plenty more on ebay for you at lower prices than £315

I currently still have mine.
The only one I can see on Ebay at £315 is one from Poland and it does come with quite a few extras including 18-55 lens, 70-300 lens, battery grip, bag, small CF cards, UV filter etc but tbh, it's still about at the top of it's money and adding the £35 the lister wants for postage it then becomes far too expensive.
Of is there another?
 
I'd avoid buying something from abroad, it'll be a pain to return it if you're not happy with it. ;)
 
looking at Camera Price Buster the 1100D is not far off that price ? Although please seek adive from the canon community as to hiw good it is.

Can we please refrain from any talk of specific cameras that you or family may personally have for sale though?
I'm sure that I don't need to remind anyone about the rules on trading outside of the classifieds or that anyone found to be doing so is likely to find their classifieds privileges somewhat restricted in the near future.
