I am upgrading to a Canon EOS 40D. Can anyone recommend a good manual? Not sure if this is the correct forum to post this question?:thinking:
Regards, Misty.

You can't go much wrong with the CanonEurope youtube videos;

http://youtube.com/watch?v=EzRU4KG-jE4 - This is part one, there are 11 parts. Bit boring at first if you're used to Canon layouts, but theres some useful tips and tricks further in.

Thanks, arepeejee. I will certainly have a look (y) I see that there are a number of books on the Canon EOS 40D on amazon. Can anyone recommend one. Regards, Misty

Hello Misty

Being new to DSLR photography, I was bought the Canon EOS 40D guide to digital SLR photography by David D Busch, which I believe was ordered via Amazon.

Whilst I haven't finished it yet, I am on page 217 and I have found it to be very useful and it certainly expands upon the cameras own manual, so I would certainly recommend it.
