canon eos 500??

hi guys i have an eos 500 kicking around that i was given are these worth anything as i wont ever use so might as well sell it has no front lens cover thats all i can see wrong with it oh an no battery

The lens might be worth selling, depending on zoom range and f stop

it has 2 lenses but i was gonna keep them as they go on my 400d

1.ef80-200mm 1:4.5-5.6
2.3ef35-70mm 1:3.5-4.5 (this has a macro line in the display window )

The body on its own will not be worth much, watch a few auctions on Ebay for what EOS 500 bodies are going for.

Sadly not much, for the camera anyway. As Willie says you might get something for the lens.

For something a little different, why not grab a couple of batteries and a couple of rolls of C-41 type black and white film such as Ilford XP2 or Kodak BW400CN and have a play. There are loads of people picking up film cameras again. You already have the kit so...
