Canon EOS 5D mark II vs Canon 7D :cuckoo:

I was saving hard while waiting for the mk11 to come out, I'm now in the position to upgrade from my 30D and there is a 7D :nuts:
Now I like wildlife and scenery shots, I have a few ES lenses but I also like to push the iso/asa to shoot low light.
I think I could stretch to a 7D at around £1100 and a 70-200 is 2.8 at around £1200 and forgo the full frame sensor that I have been promising myself.
Am I mad what have I forgoten about these 2 cameras?
