If you're really new, and have an EOS body, it'll fit most old lenses with an adaptor, the biggest exception? Canon FD. But unless there's a really good reason, just buy the right EF mount lens, there's plenty about.

edit: whilst you can get an FD adaptor, there are optical considerations, making them unworthy IMO.

Do you mean fit an FD lens to an EOS camera body?
If so, no, not without an FD to EF/EOS adaptor.

If you already have some old Canon FD lenses (maybe you inherited some), then get an adaptor like this one and have a play with your Canon DSLR.
If you don't already have old Canon FD lenses, it's probably not worth bothering, because it'll be easier to work with modern autofocus lenses.
 
I've never seen an adaptor to mount a ring flash onto the rear of any lens mount. You would generally mount a ring flash onto the threaded front of a lens.

If you are shooting macro using the reversed lens I'd say your only options are to handhold the ring flash around the end of the lens or make up your own bracket attached to the camera.

A reversing ring is just a filter thread to EF mount (for an EOS camera), it doesn't matter whether the reversed lens is EF, FD, OM, M42 or any other mount. Because the lens mount is just ganging out in space, and has nothing to do with your setup.

OK, I think I understand now. Your setup needs to look something like this.
(1) Camera, with EF bayonet (female)
(2) Reversing ring, EF bayonet (male) to screw thread
(3) Reversed lens, screwed into reversing ring with FD bayonet (male)
(4) Adapter, FD bayonet (female) to Nikon F bayonet (male)
(5) Reversing ring, Nikon F bayonet (female) to screw thread
(6) Ring flash, screwed into reversing ring
