We went to a halloween party last night. I was using the flash hapilly when the batteries ran out. So I changed em and carried on.
After a while I realised the flash had stopped firing. The flash was still on and triggering the red range finder beam but the flash itself would not fire. I noticed the Pilot light was off and decided the flash wasn't charging. I switched it off and left it an hour. No joy. I changed batteries again no joy.
Then half an hour later I switched it on and after a minute the pilot light came on the the flash worked. After that for the reset of the night I had no problems.
Has anyone else seen this? Was it user error?
